Shipping policy

We aim to ship each order on the business day after it is confirmed. Processing and delivery take 1 to 2 weeks on average; this is an average, not a guarantee, and occasional carrier or postal delays may occur. Deliveries run Monday to Saturday, except public holidays.

You will receive a tracking number by email 3 to 4 business days after your order is approved. Please check your email address is correct and look in your spam folder too.
